Guardian Angels Central Catholic Capital Campaign

For more than 140 years, Guardian Angels Central Catholic School has been helping West Point area children prepare for life’s journey. Through jumps and dips in population, Guardian Angels Central Catholic has expanded, taken in students from nearby Catholic schools that have closed, become the first coeducational Catholic school in Nebraska, incorporated technology in the classroom, and persisted in preparing all students to reach their fullest potential by learning and leading through Christ.

In February 2024, GACC leadership launched a new capital campaign, "Inspired By Our Past, Investing In Our Future,” to help fund immediate and long-term school needs.  This much-anticipated project has a goal of raising $9 million over five years.  All money raised stays local and will support our great educators, great environment, and great facilities: enhancing the campus environment for students, teachers, staff, families, and visitors.  We are so proud of our history and we are working diligently to sustain our traditions for many more generations!

The campaign focus includes reinforcing Guardian Angels Central Catholic’s areas of excellence and upgrading essential campus infrastructure.   Due to your generosity, we are making progress towards campaign goals.  We are currently replacing the HVAC system in the elementary building and adding A/C to the activity center.  More information can be found on GACC’s website: www.gaccbluejays.org (click on “Capital Campaign”).
