Founded in 2003, the Catholic Foundation of Maine is an independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing long-term financial support to Catholic ministries in Maine through endowments. Today, the Foundation manages 147 endowments benefiting parishes, schools, cemeteries, social services and vocations now, and in perpetuity.

Last year, these endowments provided more than $1.4 million in distributions, helping Catholic organizations continue their vital work and ensuring that resources are available for generations to come.
