Help Expand Mental Health Access in Gwinnett!

This GivingTuesday, you have the power to help transform access to mental health care for children, adults, and families across Gwinnett County.

The need has never been greater. Georgia is the 2nd worst state for mental health care in the country. Every day, individuals in our community struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other mental health challenges, yet many cannot access the professional care they need because of financial barriers. For underinsured and low-income families, finding affordable, high-quality counseling can feel impossible.

That's why this GivingTuesday matters.

The Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia has awarded CCA a Challenge Grant to expand mental health counseling services in Gwinnett County. To unlock the full impact of this opportunity, CCA must raise $60,000 by May 2027. Once this goal is achieved, the Foundation will award $20,000 to CCA!

GivingTuesday is our kickoff moment, and we're aiming to raise the first $10,000 toward this challenge.

When you give today, you're helping make professional mental health care accessible to people who might otherwise go without it. Your support will help CCA:

  • Expand access to affordable in-person and tele-mental health counseling
  • Provide evidence-based therapy for children, adults, and families
  • Reduce the impact of trauma, anxiety, and depression
  • Offer mental health education workshops throughout the community
  • Reach more bilingual clients and families in need of services
  • Create healthier homes, stronger families, and more resilient communities

At CCA, our licensed counselors help clients build the skills and support they need to thrive at school, at work, and in their daily lives. But the demand for services continues to grow, and too many neighbors are still waiting for help.

Your GivingTuesday gift is more than a donation. It's the first step in unlocking an investment in mental health care for Gwinnett County.

Will you help us raise the first $10,000 and launch this challenge grant campaign with momentum?

Give hope. Give opportunity. Give today through iGiveCatholic.
