This past year Holy Rosary Catholic School celebrated 60
years of academic excellence in Catholic Education. We have been blessed to
grow from a small one room school in the neighboring firehouse to a
flourishing school providing nearly 150 students, from 18 months old - 8th
grade, with the means to become disciples of Christ.
In the last year, Holy Rosary has made great strides in the
updating and upgrading of its technology and facility!
Last year’s

of the front building, our Little Hawks Early Learning Center: new roof, windows, A/C & Heating Units
complete with

lighting, floors, doors and paint job - It looks amazing!
- New Fire Alarm
System throughout the whole
school

- 50 touch screen Chromebooks,
- 4 teacher laptops
- 1 mobile Promethean board
- 2 classroom Promethean boards (every class now has
1)
- New Light Switches in
Cafeteria
- 6 air-conditioning units, which includes the main
$21,500 cafeteria unit and 5 classrooms

What's in the works:
- We
have recently been awarded a $140,000 safety grant that will be used to
install upgraded security fencing around the entire campus, upgrade
current & install additional exterior gate locks with interior panic
bar mechanisms to prevent entry without a key/code but supply a quick keyless
exit in the event of an emergency

are currently working on another grant to continue improvements such as replacing the double glass doors in the cafeteria with metal doors complete with
exterior auto-locks and an interior panic bar to allow for a quick-keyless
exit.
