Parish of St Maximilian Kolbe Marmora NJ

St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish Youth Group is a renewed initiative opened to all 7th to 12th grade students who wish to participate.

We have had our kick off bonfire meeting on October 10th at St Maximilian Kolbe and hosted 25 children for a night of roasted marshmallows, pizza, and games.  

 We have ambition to grow our meetings to include events such as Ski Trips, Great Adventure Youth Rally, and possibly even Youth Mission Trips.

We would love to have the youth group be involved in Parish centered functions such as volunteering at Vacation Bible School, Living Stations, Youth Choir, Blessing Bags, Rise Against Hunger, Peanut Butter and Jelly for the Rescue Mission.

Donations are greatly appreciated and will go a long way to help the youth with their activities throughout the year.  

The youth of our parish are quite literally the future of our church and of our communities; so we believe that building a strong sense of community and personal responsibility at a young age which is also rooted in faith is one the cornerstones of positive youth development.
