Why ministry to men matters: Our world is in crisis. Many men have drifted from their faith, leaving families and parishes vulnerable to the idols of modern culture. We believe men are called to return as spiritual leaders in their homes and churches.

Since 2018, our podcast has helped men grow in their relationship with Jesus and with each other, reaching over 500,000 downloads in 150+ countries across 250+ episodes. But men don’t just need a podcast—they need real community.

Our research shows that 87% of U.S. parishes have no spiritual programs for men. To meet this need, we help parishes build “field hospitals” for men: safe, authentic places where they can grow in faith and real brotherhood. Over the past two years, our RESTORED parish missions and trainings have launched or revitalized more than 20 vibrant men’s groups.

Our Vision: Every Catholic man is part of a parish community that inspires virtue and deepens his relationship with Jesus and other men.

Our Mission: To put boots on the ground in parishes, offering structure, support, and a four-pillar approach that reaches men of all ages.

Sponsor a Parish: The demand for this work far exceeds what John can reach alone. He can serve about 24 parishes a year, yet more than 50 parishes—and multiple dioceses—are already asking for help. We want to double the number of parishes we serve, but we cannot do that without growing our team. Your support helps us send trained missionaries into parishes so more men can experience conversion, community, and healing.

To expand, we must hire key positions: a Chief Operations Officer, administrative support, additional missionaries, accounting assistance, and help for the growing podcast. Hiring and training this team costs more than $50,000 per missionary per year.
