This Giving Tuesday, join us in supporting the Priest Retirement Center — a home that, for more than 30 years, has cared for retired and active priests who serve the faithful of our diocese. Part of Bishop Eugene Gerber’s vision for the Catholic Life Center campus, the Priest Retirement Center offers a peaceful and prayerful community where priests continue to live out their vocation in service, fraternity, and prayer.
In recent years, the Center’s chapel, community kitchen, and community room have been beautifully renovated — creating brighter, more welcoming spaces for prayer and fellowship. Now, attention turns to the next phase of improvements: updating apartments and rooms that have seen little renovation since the Center was first built. Your generosity will support essential updates that enhance comfort, safety, and community life — including new carpeting, appliances, lighting, and accessibility improvements.
Your gift helps:
Together, we can honor the priests who have given — and continue to give — so much. Your gift ensures they live surrounded by care, gratitude, and love in the place they call home. May God bless you for your generosity!

“Every vocation to the priesthood is a lifelong ‘yes’ to God’s call. As our older priests enter retirement, it’s our turn to say ‘yes’ to them — by ensuring they have a peaceful, welcoming place to rest and pray, surrounded by brothers who share the same mission of faith.”
-Rev. Michael Baldwin, Vicar for Retired Priests and Priest Director of the Priest Retirement Center
