Faith formation is a lifelong process aimed at helping individuals grow in their relationship with God and understanding the teachings of the Church. Sunday Mass is the most important part of faith formation, but St. Mary Parish also has weekly class offerings, special events and summer programs to help all age groups foster a strong spiritual life and live out their faith. 

2025 has been a year of dramatic growth in faith formation programs at St. Mary! For example, our weekly Adult Faith Formation/OCIA class has over 40 people who are regularly attending classes. For adults and youth alike, St. Mary Parish desires to capitalize on the current resurgence in faith and expand our current programming.

Your 2025 support will fund:

• $25-50: Student books & materials for youth religious education
• $100-150: 
  • One Family Catechesis Event - Held periodically on Sunday mornings, these events are opportunities for the whole family to grow in faith together by understanding a lesson and creating a craft or participating in an activity. Cost includes lesson, crafts and refreshments
  • 10 Bibles or 10 CCC's for Adult Faith Formation
• $200-250: 
  • 20 copies of "Celebrating Sunday for Catholic Families"
  • "Foundations of Faith" by Ascension Press. Includes DVD's and workbooks for Adult Faith Formation
• $300-350:
  • Starter Kit for Catholic Kids' Camp Summer Program
  • New Rolling Whiteboard for Adult Faith Formation
• $500-1,000: Adult Education Speakers or funding for a new projector for media presentations
