This year, our Giving Day focus is on four key areas that will directly impact our students:

• Professional Workshops with Leaders: Bringing in experts and professionals to inspire both teachers and students with new skills, knowledge, and mentorship. St. Cecilia School has partnered with Readers to Leaders and Catapult to provide our teachers with the foundation on the Science of Reading to improve literacy, writing, and speaking. This groundwork will show ripple effects in all content and subject areas.
• Computer & Technology for Student Programs: Upgrading technology to ensure our students are prepared for today’s and tomorrow's world of learning, creativity, and innovation.
• Playground Improvements & Exterior Refresh: Creating safe, fun, and welcoming spaces where students can learn, play, and grow together. Play helps children acquire skills that are necessary for success in adulthood, including decision making, problem solving, self-control, rule following, emotion regulation, and interpersonal skills
• Music & Drama Programs: Expanding opportunities for students to explore the arts, find their voice, and build confidence through creative expression as seen in the Christmas and Cinco de Mayo Programs.
