Archdiocese of Atlanta Victim Assistance Program

The Way: A Healing Retreat for Female Survivors of Abuse and The Way: A Healing Retreat for Male Survivors of Abuse were developed by Sue Stubbs, Director of the Victim Assistance Program of the Archdiocese of Atlanta.  The Way Retreats are the flagship for the healing program at the heart of the Victim Assistance Program. These retreats provide a 3-day guided meditation and prayer experience for those whose abuse by another has deeply affected their heart, mind, body and soul.  Crafted around the Stations of The Cross, the retreat follows Christ through his Passion and Resurrection, as he transforms pain and suffering to new life.  Learn more about the retreat at:  https://archatl.com/ministries-services/victim-assistance/healing-opportunities/ 

The Victim Assistance Program offers a scholarship for the retreats to those who cannot pay the full participant cost of $250. Your donation will go directly into this fund which provides a private room, meals, materials, and use of the retreat house for participants attending this very profound healing experience.
