At the heart of every project, every prayer, and every act of service, Caritas Veritate Missions proclaims the Gospel. It is not just the foundation—it is the lifeblood of the mission. Inspired by Caritas in Veritate, Pope Benedict XVI’s call to serve with love rooted in truth, this mission brings the Good News to life through works of mercy, justice, and transformation.

In Mwambani, Tanzania, a newly built chapel now stands as a sacred space for the Sisters of Mary Queen of Apostles—a place where the Gospel is proclaimed daily in prayer, song, and silence. This chapel, built by Caritas Veritate Missions, is more than a building; it is a sanctuary of hope and spiritual renewal.

The mission’s outreach extends far beyond the chapel walls. A vehicle purchased for Father Andrew Kasa’s religious order now travels rugged terrain to bring pastoral care and the sacraments to remote communities. A welding machine, donated to a vocational school for street boys, equips young men with skills to build a future. And for girls who have survived the trauma of sex trafficking, sewing machines and vocational training offer a path to reclaim independence and dignity.

At the MCBS Maria Primary Mission School, where 500 children learn and grow, Caritas Veritate Missions is constructing an underground cistern to provide clean water—ensuring health, stability, and a foundation for education. Plans are also underway for a labor and delivery ward with a NICU suite, affirming the sanctity of life and the right of every mother and child to safety and care.

Every initiative is a living witness to the Gospel—proclaimed not only in words, but in action. Caritas Veritate Missions is not just responding to needs; it is restoring dignity, empowering communities, and planting seeds of long-term transformation.
