IN OUR CHAPEL...

ON RETREAT...

COME FIND HOME.

Confronted with chaos in our world, in our relationships, and in our hearts, many feel lost, alone, and homeless. Echo Community offers deep and life-changing encounters where men and women discover the truth their of their identities. We empower young people to live true freedom: deeply rooted in the "echo" of humanity's original home, and looking forward with hope to our ultimate home, the Kingdom of Heaven.

"...inscribed in the depth of the human heart as a distant echo...original innocence."
- TOB 19:2 (bold added)

A good home is a tiny taste of Heaven on Earth.

It is more than a place. It is communion of persons, a safe place to be fully yourself and fully loved. During his life, St. John Paul II formed groups in which young people lived in authentic friendship. They called themselves "Rodzinka", little families. At Echo Community, we strive to build up this culture in the Church.

Whether on retreat, in formation, or at our headquarters, Echo Community provides a home for men and women to encounter the timeless truth of the Gospel through the lens of St. John Paul II's vision of the human person, to discover their unique value, to experience newness of life, and to live in the authentic freedom they were made for.

HELP US RAISE $100,000

When you support us:

You are helping us steward our home, LOLEK Center for Evangelization including:
Major repairs to our communal spaces:
- A new footbridge to the pasture.
- A new back porch for our male missionary house.
- A new air conditioning/heater for the Chapel of the Sacred Heart.

Our thriving home consists of a large main house (over 4,000 square feet) with our Chapel of the Sacred Heart, communal gathering space, guest housing, and our offices plus two additional houses for missionaries and guests, and finally Studio 39, which is our gathering space for events and on-site retreats, complete with a high-end technology set up for filming and streaming.

It costs about $206 per day to keep all of the spaces of our home open to receive and cultivate the hearts of those who visit.
These fixed, hard costs include: utilities, insurance, lawn care, internet, building maintenance, etc.

So far this year at LOLEK Center for Evangelization, we have:
- Hosted 12 formal group-retreats with 7-50 participants each.
- Provided 40 weeks of direct formation to 90 young adults across five locations in three states.
- Filmed over 36 formation sessions, which can be shared as our program grows.
- Hosted 17+ individuals or small groups for personal retreats.
- Hosted numerous overnight guests throughout the year.
- Hosted community celebrations throughout the year.
- Hosted many hours of adoration and communal prayer.
- Had countless conversations of eternal significance!

The ministry at our headquarters has grown tremendously, and will continue to grow in the coming year. We are raising $100,000 to steward our home this year so more and more people can come find home through the ever increasing ministry that takes place at LOLEK Center of Evangelization!
