Immaculate Conception (Knoxville)

A nonprofit organization

Thank you for visiting our #iGiveCatholic Giving Day page. The goal of this day is to rally our Catholic community in support of the organizations that shape our souls: our parishes, schools, and nonprofit ministries. Your gift to us transforms our ministry and builds the body of Christ. We thank you for finding us and being willing to join us as you "Give Catholic" on #GivingTuesday! Your donation today will help us serve our downtown neighbors through our Hope Kitchen and Homeless Ministries.

Hope Kitchen is our ministry to Summit Towers, a designated Section 8 housing facility for people living with mental or physical disabilities and/or those over the age of 62. There are approximately 275 residents living, mostly alone, in a one-bedroom, 500 square foot apartment. On the last Tuesday of each month, we provide lunch and an opportunity for fellowship. We also help to stock a pantry for the residents' needs.

Our Homeless Ministry was established last year to address the growing need in our area of downtown Knoxville, offering assistance not just to meet today's need, but offer ongoing support to self sufficiency.

Thank you for your support of our ministries to our downtown neighbors in need!
