NEW PRESCHOOL/PREK PLAYGROUND

Similar to our efforts in 2021, we are excited to update the Preschool and PreK playground for our younger students, thanks in part to our iGiveCatholic donors. Our current playground equipment has not been updated in over 20 years, and your support will help provide new opportunities for play and growth. NEW FOB SYSTEM AND FENCING - A Huge Thanks to Our Generous Donors!

Thanks to the incredible support of our iGiveCatholic donors, we successfully completed phase one of our "Stay Safe Campaign" by installing a keyless entry system last summer. This system enables school personnel to access the campus quickly while ensuring controlled security through monitored and authorized entry. We are also in the final stages of replacing our chain-link fence with a modern, durable option that enhances both security and aesthetics across the entire campus.

Founded in 1949, Our Lady of Prompt Succor School is a private Catholic elementary school serving approximately 400 students from preschool through grade 6. Located in Alexandria, we welcome students from all over Central Louisiana. At OLPS, we prioritize valuing each student, celebrating learning, and strengthening faith every day.

Guided by our school’s motto, "Jesus, when others see me, may they recognize you," we strive to embody these values in all our endeavors.
