Who We Are

Guided by our faith and prayer, Risen Savior Catholic Preschool provides a quality education and safe environment which cultivates independent learners, effective communicators, and responsible citizens through academics, creativity, and play.

Risen Savior Catholic Preschool is located in the northeast heights of Albuquerque, just 5 minutes off of I-25. Established over 30 years ago, we are the only stand-alone preschool in the Archdiocese of Santa Fe serving both 3- and 4-year-old students. We offer several attendance options so families can decide what is most convenient for them. Our program has 2, 3, and 5-day a week options.

Maintaining a low teacher to student ratio allows us to identify student strengths, as well as areas of need, and create differentiated instruction based on that criteria. Because our preschool is licensed by CYFD and is a part of the Archdiocese of Santa Fe, our instruction is reflective of the standards set forth by the New Mexico Early Learning Standards as well as Archdiocese Standards.

This school year looked different due to COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines. However, because we are an essential service, we opened our doors for regular in-student learning in August and continue to strive and maintain a safe, clean environment, having no incidents of COVID-19 positive cases in our school.
Our goal is to maintain our family-oriented preschool despite the restrictions set forth by COVID-19, finding ways for families to contribute and collaborate with one another, our school, and our community.
