Preserving the Light That Inspires Us

As sunlight pours through the stained glass windows of our church, it fills the space with color, warmth, and peace. These windows do more than decorate our sanctuary—they tell the story of our faith, lift our hearts in prayer, and remind us of God’s beauty shining through His creation.

For over two decades, parishioners have sat in these pews before Mass, reflecting and praying as the light from these windows dances across the floor. They have inspired countless moments of grace and contemplation.

Yet, being so close to the ocean, our church faces a unique challenge. The salt air and coastal winds—so much a part of the beauty of our seaside home—have taken a toll on the glass and framing. Time and weather have caused wear that now needs careful restoration.

This year, our #iGiveCatholic campaign is dedicated to repairing and preserving our church’s stained glass windows.
