At. St. Joseph Neighborhood Center, we believe that when a woman is given the opportunity to build a better future, the impact reaches far beyond her alone.

Through our Flourish Program, young single mothers receive the education, career training, mentoring, and personal support they need to move toward meaningful employment and greater financial independence. From tuition and career preparation to life skills, spiritual formation, counseling, and one-on-one support, we walk alongside each mother as she works toward a stronger future for herself and her children.

And now, we are opening another door.

Our new Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program expands career opportunities to women throughout our community. Whether a woman is returning to the workforce, navigating a career transition, or looking to begin a new career, the program provides an accessible pathway into the growing healthcare field. 

Through hands-on training and preparation for professional certification, women can gain practical skills, confidence, and the support they need to enter the workforce and pursue greater financial independence. For some, it may be a first career. For others, it may be a fresh start or the next step towards a more secure future.
