At St. Benedict at Auburndale (SBA) in Cordova, Tennessee, athletics is more than a game; it’s an opportunity for students to grow in teamwork, leadership, and perseverance. With more than 20 varsity and junior varsity teams, SBA Eagles compete at high levels, earn college scholarships, and build a culture of excellence.

Yet the facilities for our outdoor sports programs are not keeping pace with our ambitions. As our football, baseball, softball, soccer, track & field, lacrosse, and cross-country teams train harder and aim higher, they deserve a dedicated strength and conditioning space that can serve them year-round. 

That’s why we’re launching the campaign to build the Outdoor Sports Athletic Weight Room; a state-of-the-art facility that will provide our athletes with the space, equipment, and environment they need to reach their full potential. With this new outdoor sports weight room, SBA will offer:

• modern strength and conditioning stations tailored for outdoor sports

• expanded training capacity so all athletes can train together rather than rotate through limited equipment

• improved safety and infrastructure so conditioning can continue regardless of weather

• a facility that will serve generations of Eagles and elevate our athletics
