Seton Catholic was founded in 2016, despite our youth, we are truly proud of our alumni who have taken diverse paths in preparing for their future, and whom we will always welcome back to campus.
As we consider our future through significant enrollment growth and campus planning, our focus remain on the student benefit and ROI to our families of a values based, Catholic education, in safe environment throughout state of the art facilities. One key element to this planning is the growth of our campus footprint, to which we are excited to work with the Diocese of Charleston, supporters of Catholic education and the growing community that surrounds us.
Currently our Campus Master Plan is under development and intended to meet the growing needs of the Carolina Forest and surrounding areas. With nearly 75 acres of undeveloped land and the only Catholic High School in the area, our goal is to become the premier private school in Horry County. We take our planning seriously and continue to seek community partners to drive our vision. More information can be found HERE.

Who We Are
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School is a Roman Catholic Co-Educational school serving students in grades 6-12 in the Grand Strand community. Founded in 2016 response to the need for Catholic secondary education in the Myrtle Beach area, the school is a part of the Diocesan Catholic School system of Charleston, and, as such, is accredited by the AdvancEd/Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
Situated on a beautiful 50 acre campus, the school provides a rigorous liberal arts curriculum with challenging college-preparatory, honors, and Advanced Placement classes, and utilizing state of the art technology. The school's spiritual environment, rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church, creates a joyful, Christ-centered school in which students can learn and grow. Seton Catholic offers co-curricular activities including athletics, fine arts, and clubs for academic, leadership, service, and personal enrichment.
