St. Francis Xavier Mt. Washington

Thank you for choosing to make a gift to St. Francis Xavier Church through our #iGiveCatholic 2025 campaign!  Contributions made to this 2025 campaign will benefit Love the Hungry. On March 22, 2025, we will partner with Love the Hungry for a third time, to package Nutri Plenty meals to be distributed in eastern Kentucky. The cost of each meal is 35 cents, and our goal is to package 20,000 meals!

Over the past three years, Love the Hungry has provided 840 cartons of meals to outreach programs in eastern Kentucky and also disaster response to rural eastern Tennessee (Hurricane Helene).  That's more than 180,000 servings of the fortified Nutri-Plenty meals. Recipients include Manna from Heaven, Feeding Eastern Kentucky, and the Thankful Hearts Food Pantry, which are located in Pike and Floyd counties.  With the help of Orphan Grain Train, nearly 30,000 servings have been delivered this year to Manna from Heaven, which is located in Myra, KY.
