Building on Last Year’s Success: Enhancing Our Awning for Comfort and Safety

At St. Ignatius School, every project we undertake is centered around the well-being of our students and faculty. Last year, thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our community during the #iGiveCatholic campaign, we were able to install a new awning at the school. This addition has already provided much-needed shelter and safety during student drop-off, pick-up, and outdoor transitions.

This year, we are excited to continue building on that success. Our goal is to raise $5,000 to enhance the awning area by adding fans. These fans will provide comfort and relief, especially for our teachers who spend countless hours on duty under the awning in all weather conditions. With this upgrade, the awning will not only be a place of safety but also a more welcoming and comfortable space for everyone who uses it.

Why does this matter? Because at St. Ignatius, we believe that even small improvements make a big difference in the daily lives of our students and faculty. By contributing to this project, you are helping us show care and appreciation for our dedicated teachers while continuing to improve the student experience.
