St. Joseph Catholic School (Madison)

This Giving Tuesday, St. Joseph Catholic School is raising funds to enhance campus safety and improve the main entrance with the addition of a permanent guard shack.

This structure will serve as a central point of security for our campus, allowing our safety attendant to monitor vehicles and communicate with visitors without leaving the post, providing a safer and more efficient process for all. The permanent design will also beautify our front entrance, offering a professional and welcoming first impression for families, guests, and community partners.

This project works in conjunction with two major grant proposals St. Joe has submitted to secure additional funding for campus-wide safety improvements — including mag-locked doors on all buildings and a traffic control arm at the main gate. Having a permanent guard shack in place ensures that when these larger systems are implemented, our security infrastructure will be ready to function seamlessly.
