#iGiveCatholic 2025

iGiveCathoic day will be on Tuesday, December 2nd, with early giving starting on November 17th.  This will be our 7th year participating, and because of your generosity, we have seen huge success.  We have raised funds for a new school roof, endowment, heating and air control panel, and the last two years for our mortgage payments. The first year was to "catch up" our deficit and the second year was to "spring forward" with our surplus.  We currently have enough money left from iGiveCatholic 2024 to pay the quarterly mortgage payment through June 30, 2026.

So...because of all the reasons above AND a huge matching gift of $250,000 from a St. Leo family, our rally cry for iGiveCatholic 2025 will be...

DUMP THE DEBT IN 2026!!!

Our goal for iGiveCatholic in 2025 is to raise $250,000 in order to take full advantage of our matching gift.  We will apply the $500,000 to the principle of our mortgage.  Our donor has expressed an interest in making a similar, if not larger gift in 2026...if we are successful in reaching our goal.

When we look at the size of our debt, we see a monumental, if not impossible task.  If we ignore it or think someone else will take care of it, we will remain in debt for a long time. 

I have a question for everyone...How do you eat an elephant?  One bite at a time.

We can do the same thing with our debt...take one bite at a time!  We are focusing all of our efforts on meeting the total goal of $500,000.  Achieving this goal will open more doors and opportunities to take the next "one bite at a time" in 2026.
