St. Marguerite d'Youville Catholic Church

St. Marguerite d'Youville Catholic Church is currently in need of generous donations to support the following needs:

1.     An Elevator: It is a need to install a small elevator primarily for the seniors of our parish to get access to the activity hall downstairs. The amount we required is about $25,000. Most of our community activities are in the basement and many of our parishioners are older and they cannot get there through the regular stairs. Therefore, they are not able to participate in many of the community activities and thereby getting isolated. It is more of a need in our parish more than a want.

2.     Playground for the Preschool: We have a preschool program which is about three years old. Unfortunately, we could not set up a standard playground for our kids due to financial constraints. Any help to assist with this project is highly appreciated. 

3.     Youth Ministry of our parish: Youth is the future of our church. If we do not have youth today, we have no church tomorrow. So therefore focusing on the requirements and providing opportunities for different types of exposure such as spiritual, intellectual, emotional, pastoral growth and development are very essential today. We would love to create opportunity for them to grow and bloom as true citizens of tomorrow to take up the leadership, ownership, and stewardship of our parish, families, church and the nation at large.
