St. Mary Faith Formation

In a world that is often difficult to navigate, St. Mary’s School is proud to provide our students with a safe haven of peace and moral stability. Our entire staff is dedicated to an educational approach which nurtures the whole child in an environment of spiritual development, academic excellence, moral values and safety. We have high educational aspirations for our youth, which is why we provide a multitude of special classes, including Spanish, Technology, Art, Physical Education, and Music & Movement, providing a liberal range of opportunities for our kids to explore.

Our very experienced team of full and part time teachers bring their own special form of leadership and guidance to our children, each of whom are strong role models with a breadth of experience in education. Our entire staff are highly qualified and accredited by the Michigan Association of Nonpublic Schools (MANS) and the National Catholic Education Association (NCEA). At St. Mary’s School, each student is treated as a gift from God who will flourish with individual attention and care.

St. Mary’s is the only Catholic school in Southern Berrien County. The closest Catholic school is 27 miles away. This means we are the closest Catholic school to the communities of Buchanan, Galien, Three Oaks, Berrien Springs, Edwardsburg, and Cassopolis. We need your help to remove the barriers to accessing a quality Catholic education for these communities. The more students we can serve, the more we can create positive moral change in our area. Many families are in need of a school with small class sizes, individualized support, and a family setting, but cannot quite afford the tuition rates. This is where you come in. By supporting our Tuition Assistance Fund, you can help us attract and keep students at our school who otherwise could not afford to be a part of the St. Mary’s family. The more we raise, the more we can openly offer kids in our community the opportunity for a wholesome, faith-filled, rigorous education!
