St Mary's Catholic Church - Windthorst

St Mary's has designated funds raised from the 2025 #iGiveCatholic campaign to be directed towards the renovations of St Mary's Church Bell Tower.  The tower/clock will be updated with new clock facings, along with other repairs, maintenance, and installation of a digital bell controller. 100% of the 2025 #iGiveCatholic funds raised will go to the St Mary's Capital Campaign. We ask you to prayerfully consider supporting the tradition of our beloved Church bells!

Additional information on St Mary's upcoming Capital Campaign titled "For Generations to Come":

The Capital Campaign Committee has been actively engaged in planning for major renovations to St. Mary’s Church, construction of a new Eucharistic Adoration Chapel/Oratory, construction of a new parish office and renovations to the rectory

The projects envisioned fall into four distinct phases:

Phase 1-Renovations to St Mary’s Church    

Phase 2- Construction of a Eucharistic Adoration Chapel/Oratory

Phase 3- Construction of a Parish Office 

Phase 4-Renovations to the Priest's rectory

The church renovations include repairs to cracks and damaged areas, decorative painting, artwork, new floors, pews, entrance doors, upgraded HVAC system, security system, technology, acoustics, stained glass windows, etc.

The Chapel/Oratory will provide space for intimate Eucharistic Adoration, available 24/7 for parishioners. The Chapel will also contain handicap restrooms, Confessionals, a Bridal Parlor & a small gathering space.

The Parish office needs to allow for current and projected staffing needs, technology improvements, a meeting room and volunteer office spaces that are separate from the priests living quarters. A separated parish office will allow for regular office hours in a professional environment.

The rectory needs to allow for private living space for our parish priest, as well as any visiting priest, Seminarian or Bishop. The priest's living quarters should not have to share space with the Church office.

This is a major project for such a small Parish, but with everyone's help, we pray we are able to complete all 4 phases.
