$25 will help cover 3 months of testing strips for a patient with diabetes
$50 will help cover cervical cancer screening for one woman
$100 will go towards medication assistance
$250 will go towards clinic supplies and equipment
$500 will help cover the healthcare of one person for one year.

As a free clinic serving individuals in Miami-Dade County who are uninsured and living below the 300% Federal Poverty Level, SJBC strives to keep individuals healthy at the community level without having to seek emergency room care when conditions that can be managed are left untreated and complications arise. With a focus on prevention and management of chronic conditions, SJBC strives to educate patients on the importance of annual exams and compliance with medications, diet and exercise.

SJBC depends on the generosity of donors and community partners who align with its purpose; serving our neighbors and ensuring access to healthcare for those in need. In an average year, SJBC serves approximately 1,100 individuals and offers 4,500 medical visits at the clinic, approximately 900 cancer screenings performed, plus an additional 500 visits offered by volunteer specialists in the community.
