Where faith and knowledge meet. Summerville Catholic School, inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ, provides a strong, faith-based education that nourishes the uniqueness of each student in spirit, mind and body.

Summerville Catholic School has been educating children for 40 years. In 1984, SCS opened with 21 students in Kindergarten and 1st grade. Our current school building opened in 1987, serving elementary grades. In 1991, 6 additional classrooms, a large multi-purpose room and a beautiful library were added. This was also the year that middle grades were welcomed to the school. Today, our enrollment is over 230 students in grades K3-8th! At Summerville Catholic School, we celebrate our history and look forward to a bright future, fostering an environment where every student can thrive and grow in faith and knowledge.
 

For this year's iGiveCatholic campaign, we are focusing on stronger student safety and security. Your generous donation will help us build a brand new fence around our back playground and sports yard, with a secure fob-only entry. We will also be adding a new heavy-duty security door to our preschool wing and doing other essential security updates to our school building and modular classrooms.
