Academy of Our Lady lives the Salesian family spirit of reason, religion, and loving kindness and instills in young women the values to live as Catholic Christians, the drive for life-long learning, and the skills to succeed as responsible citizens in society and work for justice. Drawing on the strengths and traditions of its two predecessors, Archbishop Blenk High School and Immaculata High School, the Academy of Our Lady is a place where the best of both worlds meets.
Help Us Build the Future of Our Lady! Support Our 2025 #iGiveCatholic Campaign
This year, our #iGiveCatholic goal is for our "Front Lawn Development” We will transform our front campus into tennis courts/pickleball, golf facility and sand volleyball courts. This development will create a safe, convenient, and inspiring space for our student athletes to train, compete, and grow, right here at home.
By investing in this project, you are giving our tennis and golf teams the opportunity to remain on campus for practices and games, strengthening school spirit, saving valuable time, and enhancing the overall student experience. These facilities will not only support current athletes but will empower future generations of young women to develop confidence, discipline, and leadership through athletics.
Your generosity will help us build a campus that reflects the strength and potential of our students. Together, we can create a legacy that serves our young ladies for years to come.
Thank you for considering a gift to advance this exciting new chapter for Academy of Our Lady!
#SupportOurPenguins 2025 mission #frontlawndevelopment
A pavilion that welcomes! Your donations from our 2024 iGiveCatholic campaign assisted with creating space for our Penguins to gather and eat outdoors! Thank you for making this dream a reality for our students.
Who We Are
Academy of Our Lady is the signature Catholic high school on the West Bank for girls in grades 8-12. Under the direction of the Salesian Sisters, the school draws inspiration from St. John Bosco's educational system of reason, religion, and loving kindness. The Academy offers outstanding academic opportunities supported by the latest technology; a family atmosphere; a focus on community service; and a serious emphasis on religion, ethics, and values.
Academy of Our Lady lives the Salesian family spirit of reason, religion, and loving kindness and instills in young women the values to live as Catholic Christians, the drive for life-long learning, and the skills to succeed as responsible citizens in society.
“It is not enough that you love the young, they must know they are loved. ”St. John Bosco
The Salesian Sisters of St. John Bosco work with and for poor youth throughout the world! Through education and formation, we seek to bring Christ closer to the young so they can live a deeper relationship with Him and be empowered to spread the Good News out into the world.
Living the Preventive System of our Founder St. John Bosco and Co-Foundress St. Mary Mazzarello, our mission of evangelization aims to form “honest citizens and good Christians” in true Salesian spirituality: centered on the Holy Eucharist, devoted to Mary, and faithful to the Church’s Magisterium. Our apostolates in North America include schools, camps, retreat ministries, oratories, parish education, day care, youth centers, young adult ministry, and more.
We also commit ourselves to a community lifestyle which is poor, simple, welcoming, and able to create an educative presence among the young. We are active contemplatives, with a vibrant prayer life that sustains our mission and is central to who we are as Salesian Sisters
