The Care Service

The Care Service works with individuals and families facing a housing crisis or food insecurity in St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren counties. Our goal is to provide them with the support, assistance, and resources they need to map out a meaningful plan for self-sufficiency and stability. Clients work to make life-altering changes which positively impact not only their own lives, but our local communities. Last year, The Care Service provided hope to nearly 5,000 individuals in our community as they took they first steps toward a new beginning.

Rent or mortgage assistance

Utility assistance

Low income housing

Transitional housing

 STREET OUTREACH

Homeless services to those without shelter

Distribution of basic survival supplies

 

CLIENT CHOICE FOOD PANTRY

Pantries located in St. Charles and Elsberry

Mobile Food Pantry with stops in St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren counties

 

CASE MANAGEMENT

One on one support to help create new beginnings

School based social service worker can also assist with basic needs and advocacy
