Transfiguration Youth Ministry

About Us

Transfiguration Catholic Church Youth Ministry is a small but mighty community that combines Edge and Life Teen programs to serve youth and young adults in grades 6–12. Our mission is to catechize, evangelize, and empower young people to become joyful disciples and servant leaders within our parish and beyond.

Through weekly gatherings, retreats, youth rallies, and special events, we help teens grow in their personal relationship with Christ while forming authentic friendships rooted in faith. We believe that youth ministry is more than just meetings—it's about creating meaningful experiences that lead to transformation and a deeper understanding of God's love.
