Founded in 2010 by Jennifer Baugh, YCP began with a vision to support young Catholics balancing work and faith. Today, we inspire modern-day saints by equipping young Catholic professionals to live out their faith confidently in both their professional and personal lives. As the premier organization for young Catholic professionals, we uniquely integrate faith, career, and community-building through exceptional in-person events that foster meaningful connections leading to extraordinary outcomes. With chapters in 43 cities nationwide, YCP serves thousands of young professionals seeking to transform their workplaces and live their faith boldly.
