This Fund will assist the parish in covering maintenance expences. These will include repair and maintenance of HVAC units, building a garden near the parish's Pieta statue and resealing the parish's asphalt parking lot. The building of a garden will include replacing broken concrete which is now a safety issue.
There is also one large HVAC unit in the Parsh Hall which will soon need to be replaced.
Finally the carpet in the church needs to be cleaned.
