2016 - 2020 Era

Our Era has seen a lot of change. We saw the transition of Big Tuna to McCoy. We saw camp grow drastically! We were the first to see cabins fill up (and quickly!) #MaleSeniorStaffInTheYETIShed. We were the first to eat in the new Dining Hall. We opened up the Grotto cabins which made the walk (from coast to coast) to Main Camp that much longer. AND we endured COVID. Though the Summer of 2020 was short-lived, we experienced many lives in those weeks (that felt LONG). 

We are resilient. We handle growth with grace. We know what it's like to have a need and what it takes to get it done. Needless to say, we are the best Era of The Pines Catholic Camp. And we need your help to keep it that way!

Did you know that The Pines welcomed over 3,300 campers this summer between Big Sandy and our newly launched Day Camp? This means more confessions heard, more zips down the zipline, and more blobbing out at the lake. With all of this growth comes growing pains. Our beloved home is in need of some TLC!
