The phone systems for the school, rectory and parish office are failing. One of the school office secretaries is unable to answer incoming calls and the phone systems are outdated and no longer supported. Additional updates are needed to streamline the network.
The need is to replace all existing connected phones and update internet connections to streamline services and eliminate the need for separate internet and phone line service which will save costs in the long run. The estimated cost to replace and update the phones and network is $16,000.
