Fund-an-Item: New Reading Curriculum

We held our annual Gala Auction on April 18, 2026. This year's "Fund-an-Item" will support the adoption of an updated English Language Arts curriculum. We raised $31,600 towards our goal of $50,000 to fund this new curriculum. Please help us reach our goal!

Adopting a new curriculum is no small feat. Our faculty and staff have spent the past two years researching programs and piloting various curriculums in our classrooms. We are excited to adopt a program that contains a wide variety of genres, literature that represents the students in our school community, teacher resources that are research based, technology support to bring the lessons alive and high interest text that builds knowledge and a love of reading. 

The money raised for this Fund-an-Item will help us adopt a much needed school-wide reading curriculum that will provide all teachers with new instructional manuals, student textbooks, novels, picture books and workbooks that will allow students to annotate the text.
