Red Bird Ministries serves ordinary families who have been given an
extraordinary cross to carry.

We are a Catholic, pro-life nonprofit that supports individuals and families grieving the loss of a child—from pregnancy through adulthood—including miscarriage, stillbirth, and loss by suicide. Through compassionate guidance, faith-based resources, and a loving community, we help ensure no parent or child grieves alone. Because grief shared becomes grief softened,and healing begins when families soar together.

This Giving Tuesday: Shine a Light on Sibling Loss Support

This year, Red Bird Ministries is focusing our #iGiveCatholic campaign on expanding Sibling Loss Support Services—a vital part of our mission to serve the whole family.

Hosted within the Red Bird Community App, this program creates a sacred digital space for children, parents, and caregivers to connect, share, and find faith-based healing resources anytime, anywhere.

Our newest initiative, led by Jessica Wilfore, MS-Ed, CCLS—a Certified Child Life Specialist and mother of loss—provides individualized, developmentally appropriate support for grieving siblings and their families. With both clinical expertise and lived experience, Jessica helps families navigate the complex emotions of sibling loss through spiritually grounded care.

Every contribution helps families receive expert-led, faith-based care—completely free of charge. Your gift makes it possible for children and parents to heal together through:

Whole-family care: Parents and children receive guidance together, building shared understanding and connection in grief.
Immediate access: The Red Bird Community App provides on-demand resources, anytime and anywhere.
Accessible Sibling Loss Services: Child Life Specialist Services typically cost hundreds are offered free within the Red Bird Community App, thanks to generous donors like you.
